For all the time various British subcultures spent fighting each other, they all had one thing in common...a fondness for Fred Perry. It makes sense when you think about it, but you don’t need to be lurking around a corner wielding a bicycle chain, waiting for a hapless rocker to wander by to appreciate Fred Perry.Fred Perry practically defined looking sharp in youth culture fashion, and the designs are timeless enough to travel up and down your record collection without needing to replace your entire wardrobe. Now, as the brand experiments more and more with contemporary artists, they have truly surpassed any expectations that come with being a classic brand.
This Fall, the design duo Art Comes First presents their adapted take on Fred Perry's classic Ringer T-Shirt with scooter-boy styling. Constructed in a soft, cotton jersey, the brand's signature Laurel Wreath track tape is featured on the left arm sleeve, while ACF's logo tape on the other adds subtle but significant contrast. The shirt is then finished off with patches that are stitched onto the left chest. If a size is not listed, it is sold out.
