The average city street corner may not be as pretty as the forest, but theat doesn’t make the rain any less wet, and as much as moisture wicking dry fabric and strategic ventilation is appreciated on a summer run, it would be just as welcome in a stalled subway car on a July afternoon. For Spring/Summer 2017, All Conditions Gear really does mean all conditions, as Nike brings the ACG concept out of the dirt, rocks, sand, and water of outdoors adventuring, and into the concrete jungle of the daily, urban commute.
The technical, performance core of the ACG line is paired with a contemporary design outlook, for a take on outdoors gear that is as versatile aesthetically as it is functionally.
Leading the charge of the new breed of urban, functional gear is the ACG 07 Kommuter. This debuting footwear silhouette, featuring a waterproof, ripstop upper, a magnetic, strap/buckle closure system, bungee cord detailing, and reflective branding, was inspired by that unglamorous, but indispensible street side fixture, the trash bag. Of course, there are two major differences between the ACG 07 KMTR and the average trash bag. One, the Kommuter is a lot better looking. Two, you won’t find the Kommuter piled up on every city street corner, so don’t miss out on it.
If a size is not listed, it is sold out.
